Some green reflections on the surrounding areas might help emphasize the vibe, giving each layer its own depth ;)

Love the twisted perspective and Kim Jong's cameo. I like the robust painterly block of a bench, but you should pay attention to the 'cutting out' of characters. Make sure they feel like they belong in the drawing and compliment the background.
